How about a bank of South facing windows? From 800 square feet to 4000 square feet, we can design the home that is right for you.

 Quality Construction

Each project is built with the cold northern Minnesota winters and warm, humid Minnesota summers in mind. Our building practices adhere to the 2006 International Residential Code, the 2007 Minnesota Building Code and the Minnesota Energy Code along with all applicable electrical and plumbing codes.

Efficiency

Looking for a dual source heat pump?  Geo-thermal?  Perhaps alternative heat sources such as pellet stoves, all-electric furnaces, or radiant slab heat or ceiling heat.  The options for heating your home or shop are quite extensive in Northern Minnesota.  Most are expensive to install initially, but the payback may be as quick as a few years.  There are wonderful web sites on heating efficiency in the northern climates as well as insulating practices and building enclosure dynamics if you would like to do your own research.

We have experience in many areas of new home construction, including ceramic tile floors and baths, hardwood flooring, custom finish work, and built-ins.  Siding options would include vinyl, wood, steel, cement board, and LP smartside.
